We endeavor to ship all items within 48 hours of an order being placed, with the exception of made to order products.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind but will happily exchange any products aligned with government regulations. Should you have any problems with your products, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.

Gift Cards

Gift cards will be emailed to your nominated email address.

All gift cards are valid for 12 months.

Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned however we are happy to offer exchanges on any purchases made with the gift card.

Wash your cup before your first use and then enjoy your favourite hot and cold drinks for hours.  Treat your new baby with love. We know it's tempting, but do not wash in the dishwasher. Hand wash with warm soapy water and let dry with lid removed.
